Refund? Paid full fees instead of shortage occupation fees

Last week made a Tier 2 extension application for 5 applicants (incl dependents) and paid GBP 704 per applicant instead of GBP 464.
Did not realise that all category of doctors are now on shortage occupation list 2211.
What do I do? Do I get in touch with Home Office, if so how? Or should I wait for them to revert?
Will I get a refund for the excess paid? Will my visa be delayed?
