@emirates it was £50k. I have proper office in business unit. My case was T1E Team. We both partner are running this business. Both employees are still working and we sent bank letter. I have one more company which is a subsidiary of first company.

I have a good running business but the reason I am worried and thinking to vary application , only because
of uncertain time, after interview , no one anticipate the decision time.

Parent company is not as good as subsidiary. because last few months Parent company had no good business. so we rely on subsidiary and employees also look after subsidiary operations.

So My question is, can we tell to HO team in interview about all businesses.?
is it compulsory to show only main company business activity or we can show any business activity of any business. ?

And my 2nd question, HO team will ask about investment questions again or only business activity at ILR stage. Because we already proofed our investment at initial stage.

If someone share a link or information who was interviewed at ILR stage. what questions they asked.

• Employees (There role, CV, employment contracts, time sheet and employees were also interviewed and present at the time of interview)

• Clients name, contracts and services. Current project we are working on they checked hard copies and asked to sent them documents on email which I did on same day.

• Communication with employees and clients (which I showed them through emails and phone calls)

• Business investment, services, business lease, my role my business partners role

• Balance sheet, profit and lose statements (you should be able to explains your financial reports each and every figure)

• They asked explanation about each marked payment in the bank statement and checked the invoice respectively.

• I provided them bank statements, and copies of invoices

• Business website and explanation about services which were mentioned on website and business cards and leaflets (provided).

• Took picture of notice board

Can you confirm me what they asked about Investment at ILR stage when you already proofed at extension stage.

What Questions they asked to employees when there were interviewed and how long interview was with employees.

Hi Guys

I need your assistance. As I mentioned earlier my mother is ill and I want to go to Pakistan to see her.
I didn't receive an interview call yet and if I check statistics, people getting interview calls in 9 to 12 months after date of application. So I am uncertain about the interview call.

My Current leave will be expired on 21 December. I am seriously thinking to withdraw my application and want to go back to Pakistan for two weeks then will come back to UK and file new application T1 Ent ILR.

If I do this, will it affect my new application? Because I discussed with my Lawyer but he didn't seem confident about it and said home office maybe take it as negative (don't know why).

I have other questions to make sure what are other options I will have.

My 10 years will be completed next year in December 2020. If I make new application in december 2019, normal time frame is 6 months , if I still don't receive my decison by december next year, Can I apply my ILR through 10 years route?

if my T1 ent ILR refuse becuase of any reason, after admin review , if I make fresh application of T1 ent ILR in time, will my 3c continue? if yes while my application is pending, if I qualify my 10 years route , can I vary my application with set LR.?

Guys please don't think negative about my business genuineness because of above questions. I established a very good business in UK with proper employees and don't want to lose them and I have my own house here.
That's why I am asking, in worse scenarios, what options I will have.
