Hi,

I am an Irish Citizen.

Need some details about if i get job in London and working their without family and am thinking to keep my family in Ireland, is there any problems or tax issue?

Again my children's are irish citizen and my spouse is non-eu.

Please let me know the details and help your suggestions.

As an Irish citizen you will have no problems after Brexit.

Tax questions aren't really for this forum.

My family will continue to stay in Ireland and only myself will move to UK, hope there wont be any issues.

You will be fine tax wise as well as there is double taxation agreement between U.K. and Ireland. Guessing you are paye employee in U.K. you will have to fill tax return in Ireland and u will get tax credit for the tax paid in U.K. if you are unsure, use a tax advisor or accountant for the returns

Your spouse may have an issue if they are non-EEA if you fully move your residence to the UK. I think your spouse will need to show proof that you still reside together in Ireland for their visa. Someone will correct me if I'm wrong.
