See OP's other post. Tier 2 General and got ILR
Looks good, no need for your salary slipsfatimahj wrote: ↑Tue Nov 05, 2019 1:24 pmHi,
Are these the only documents needed for spouse ilr. (My ilr has been approved.)
1. Gese B1 English test of spouse
2. Life in uk test of spouse
3. My bank statement for 1 year
4. My salary slips
5. Letter from letting agent stating spouse and I are living at rented property since years. I have tenancy agreement but it's not in joint name.
6. Council tax bill which is on my name only
7. Passports and brp
For children aged 9 and 15
Letter from school stating enrollment and attendance %
Passports and brp
Will these be enough or any other documents are required. Please help. Thanks
I repeat, min 3 pieces of evidence COVERING the last two years. They do not need to be in joint names they simply should show you both lived in the same address roughly during the same periodfatimahj wrote: ↑Wed Nov 06, 2019 11:21 pmThanks for answering. Please could you guide me a bit further as im quite confused regarding this.
I only have a letter from letting agent that's got both names dated 23rd sept 2019. Other than that nothing is in joint names so does this mean i need to provide 4 other letters, 2 in my and two in spouses name, making 5 in total. What kind of date range do these need to be in? I have polling cards for both of us from 2018. Thank you .

We are the same situation but we cannot collect enough documents (mostly my wife's name) because we did not keep them as we did not know we need for now.
Please could you advise how we deal with lacking of cohabitation document?
Thanks
Thanks for your reminder, I will try to keep in my threadCR001 wrote: ↑Thu Nov 14, 2019 1:49 pmKindly continue in your own topic you already have.cuongle wrote: ↑Thu Nov 14, 2019 1:46 pmHi ZimbaZimba wrote: ↑Thu Nov 07, 2019 2:49 amI repeat, min 3 pieces of evidence COVERING the last two years. the checklist is NOT accurate. The immigration rules and the guidance notes clearly state you need to prove you are in a subsisting relationship, i.e. evidence of cohabitation in both names for last two years.fatimahj wrote: ↑Thu Nov 21, 2019 10:01 amHi,
I've filled in the application form for spouse and two children. At the end it shows a list of documents needed.
Mandatory documents:
Passports for the three applicants
Other documents:
Declaration signed by me to confirm consent for HO to request verification checks
Consent form for joint account verification checks
Old passports that have been used to travel to uk
Current BRPs
Evidence of applicants immigration status
_________
My question is that this list doesn't include some of the things that seem necessary for ilr application reading from various posts where people have provided documents for cohabition for instance.
1. There is no mention of proof of cohabitation needed for last two years.
2. No council tax bills or tenancy proof is asked
3. They haven't even asked to send life in UK or rnglish test result, though they have taken the reference numbers within the application.
4. No mention of my salary slips.
5. No letters from school for kids
So should i just not send any of these and stick to just sending brp, passports current and old, plus signed consent forms? Can someone guide me please. Thank you

Our current tenancy will be ending in 2 months and landlord is not extending so we have to move. What is the procedure to inform home office of addtess change. Thanks.
