T1E Dependent Maintenance

Dear All,

I am on T1E in the UK, I am in UK since September 2018 i.e. more than 12 months, I want to get my wife and 3 Children, I understand that the maintenance for them should be 4*630 = 2520 GBP, Do I need to add an extra 945 GBP for my self as well i.e 4*630 + 945 = 3,465 GBP?

Also, my Brother is in the UK on T1E Since October 2019 i.e. less than 12 months, he wants to get his wife and 3 children, I understand that the maintenance for them should be 4*1890 = 7560 GBP, Does he need to add an extra 945 GBP for himself as well i.e 4*1890 + 945 = 8505 GBP?

Please advise as I went through the old posts in the forum but could not get a solid answer.
