Tier 2 Dependent Visa Accommodation

Hi

I want to apply Tier 2 General dependent Visa for my wife. Currently, I am staying in in one bed room flat but the contract under my name and one more friend name. will this effect her visa when i apply for her if I submit the contract as its only one bed or the accommodation is not really a requirement needed.

I can submit driving license and utility bills under my name only will this will be better than submitting the tenancy agreement,.

Where are you reading that any of these things are required?

To clarify, she needs to apply for the visa in her home country, not you applying from the UK.

Yes she will apply from her country not from the UK.
