Employment and Referee - Query

Hi All

I need your help in filing employment history section and referees' qualifications on online application for naturalisation as a British Citizen.

1) I worked for a company in 2011-12 for a short time contract for three weeks. I don’t have any records such as payslip or P45. I have no Idea about start date and leaving date but know it was during which two months period, made SAR but not sure when they will send. I want to apply ASAP for personal reason Can I guess start and leaving dates?

2) I am a company director and not self-employed, however I file tax return as a company director. If I tick company director, it does not ask for tax return. Shall I tick A director only?

If I tick Self-employed it asks for most recent tax year as follows:

FORM: Your type of employment: Self-employed and A director

DOCS: Mr _____________’s most recent tax year account statement and corresponding HMRC tax return as proof of self-employment.

3) For current employment it asks for Tax office reference number. On the form it says, You can find this on your payslip or tax return.

Which is it? Employer’s Tax Office Reference (PAYE Reference) OR my own tax office reference (UTR)?

4) I have one referee who is Accountant member of ACCA but not a practicing, works as accountant in NHS. Can he be a professional referee? Second one is a Pharmacist, I think it is a Chemist and will be regarded as a professional. Am I right?
