Contact Home office

Post by aby00156 » Sat Apr 11, 2020 6:02 pm

Hi all,

I had applied for my son's ILR based on T2 PBS Dependant (standard delivery) on 1st Dec 2019.
I gave the BRP scans on 31st Dec 2019.

Since then I have been waiting for the decision.

The problem is that I have moved my address in March for job purposes.
I tried changing the address using the link
https://visa-address-update.service.gov ... 1578034529

but the request got rejected. They said they cannot change the address as the applicant was minor and they needed more information on me.

I replied on 28th March 2020 with all the requested documents to them but till date have got no response.

I wanted to know if there is any other way of contacting the Home Office.
I need to get a confirmation of the change of address.
So verily, with every difficulty, there is relief.

Everything is slow at the moment. HO was already slow in normal times, I anticipate that thing will get even more slower with this Covid situation.

Make sure your mail is directed to your new address. With the Post Office, you can do that for up to a year.
