Start Up Visa

My fiance is looking to apply for a Start up visa for the UK. She meets all the criteria and she has already spoken with an approving body;

She wants to know if, during the 2 year period of the visa, she is allowed to marry me?

Yes, she can marry. Anyone in the UK on valid leave to remain (not a standard visitor visa) can marry.
