I will be grateful for an answer for my question. I got an HSMOP visa for UK for 1 year then it was renewed for 5 years taht will end in 2010. Unfortunaley I did not work in UK for this period as I was out of UK. I had a job now in Bermuda. Does working in Commonwealth country like Bermuda will allow me to renew the HSMP VISA and get ILR? Is there any other way to get this HSMP VISA renewed (buy a property in UK for example).
