Thanks Zimba,

I'm really sorry didn't mean to tag my question over there, I thought as Tier 1 applicants are receiving the set template these days, I would ask the question :) I have received the same e-mail, which is asking for the following to be emailed to the Document Return address:
  • Police Registration Certificate (if you were asked to register with the police on your previous grant of leave)
  • Business bank statements showing investment of £50,000 or £200,000
  • Business bank statements showing HMRC payments
  • Business bank statements showing salary payments to employees
  • Companies House certificate of Incorporation
  • Companies House current appointments report
  • Evidence of at least 2 employees with employment lasting at least 12 months, working full time (minimum 30hrs per week) or 4 employees (amounting to 2 full time jobs), (passport or BRP card showing right to work), wage slips (12 months continuous), for each employee, RTI’s, contract of employment
  • HMRC corporation tax CT600,
  • Business Accounts (unaudited/audited)
  • Evidence of meeting Appendix KOLL of the Immigration Rules
  • P11
  • List of all absences from the UK within the specified period
I've read your replies to the op's questions, suggesting to them to send what has been requested (e. g. proof of investment however it's been done at extension stage). Another requested document on the list is P11; so you mean this can be ignored, and I only supply specified documents for job creation?

The list is generic and inaccurate. You should send the document they asked but follow the guide/rules. P11 was removed from required documents under Tier 1E rules several years ago (it was for people who had employees before 2013). You should submit RTI FPS submissions now. READ the Tier 1E guide !

ILR is granted based on the required documents as per immigration rules ONLY :!:
I repeat, read the guide and send what the rules require from you.

Thank you Zimba.

On English language requirement, I got my IELTS certificate back in 2014. I used the certificate to meet language criteria when I got Tier 1 leave to enter. Now that I want to use that certificate for set(o) application, the test centre is still on the approved list (last update: 19 June 2020). However, the title for my certificate is simply IELTS, and not "IELTS for UKVI" as it appears on approved tests lists. Is there something wrong with my certificate or can I still use it for my application?

I appreciate your comments.

Thanks Zimba. Last week when I asked the question, I also thoroughly checked posts in which similar concern where raised. I decided to sit an exam and booked a GESE B1 for next week (Trinity college Croydon Amp house). I'm hoping I've chosen the correct test. Is that possible that you kindly confirm this for me?

Thanks for the comment Zimba.

I have been trying to send requested documents via email. It comprises 17 files, each below 4 MB, and in total less than 25 MB. This has been the lowest volume that I could manage.
However after sending the email, I'm receiving a Maximum email size exceeded warning (from the recipient side obviously, as I have already tested with a test recipient email address). Has anybody experienced the same? could anybody suggest a solution?

Many thanks

Maybe try sending in two parts?
But clearly mention Part 1 and Part 2 in the subject and the body text.

Thanks for the reply. I just managed to send all the files in one email without getting an email bounce back. I used Adobe Photoshop (7-days-trial for free) to save each PDF as reduced version, and it successfully shrunk the size down to 12 MB.

I didn't receive a receipt acknowledgement, but I'm assuming it was successfully delivered..
