How long can I stay outside of the UK on Tier 2 ICT visa

Post by spguy2020 » Mon Sep 28, 2020 3:19 pm

Hi,

I wanted to check how long can I stay outside of the UK on Tier 2 ICT visa. Do we have restriction on the number of days/months we can be outside of the UK on ICT Tier 2 visa?

Thank you.

No restrictions

Hi,

Thank you for your quick response.

I was told by someone in my company that on ICT Tier 2 we can stay maximum of 28 days. I am not able to find any government document to say that we can stay outside of the UK for indefinite period.

Thank you,

No such 28 days rule exists. I have been out of the UK for more than 28 days in a single go while on Tier 2 ICT.
