Hello All,
This is my frist time posting.
Thanks for taking your time reading this post and I would love to know your advise on this.
I DIY-ed my application without solictor's help when i was applying my graduate Entrepreneur visa and initial application of Entrepreneur visa. I will apply for extension in two years time and I would like to know what sort of documents (from the accountant) apart from the employment contract would Home Office accept to prove the hourly rate, working hours, start date and etc?
I hope I have made myself understood.
Many thanks
Alex

There are no requirement for accountant documents for any of those you state.
My comments are in no way meant to be advisory. I have no professional knowledge of immigration. These are based on my own experience, convictions and personal interpretation of publicly available information.

Dear marcnath,
thanks for your speedy reply
Does that mean the employment contract would suffice HO's requirement on those details?
Many thanks

Employment contract is not a specified document. There is no need to submit it even. HO's requirements are met by filling in the data in the application form and providing the other documents they have specifically asked for.

Here is is list you need to claim employees
1 Employee Roles ( a4 sheet you have to write)
2 Payslips ( copies)
3 FPS / RTI (hmrc submission provided by accountant - money soft reports are preferred)
4 Passports of employees

Dear everyone,
For the past three years I have created a job role which the amount of total monthly pay is set to meet the requirement of 30 hours x minimum wage. However, my accountant did not list the hourly rate and working hours on each month's payslip. I assume showing those info can be very important information to prove that the job role is created excedding the 30 hours working hour.
Is there anyway my accountant can do now to help securing those multipule 12 months of employment.
would they be able to re-issue 12month of past years payslips as requested?
OR
Can I prove it with an accountant letter and employment contract?
OR
Is there a better solution to my questions.
thanks in advance
Alex

There is no requirement to have hours in the payslip. You will declare the hourly rate in the application form, which then allows HO to calculate hours worked

Hi everyone,
I have submitted my Tier 1 Entreprenur Extension application recently.
As i have benefitted greatly from everyone's kind advice which gives me the confidence in applying extenison Visa as well as Tier 1 initial visa without the help of an immigration advisor or a lawyer, I deceided to share my ongoing visa extension timeline with everyone. I hope this helps someone.
- on 12 November 2021, completed application form, paid the fees and booked UKVCAS Appointment. Due to Covid, home office normally doesn't allow you to post documents to them.
- on 8 Dec 2021, UKVCAS appointment, collecting biometric information and scanning mandotory docunments.
- on 15 Dec 2021, receievd email from home office which request addtional documents including: Business bank statements showing HMRC payments; Business bank statements showing salary payments to employees; Contracts of employment
- on 28 Dec 2021, replied with requested documents via email.
- Currently waiting for the result...

1 it depneds on your immgration status, I am not required. but i think it is mandatory if you are eligiable.
2 From your home country.
3 the consent form is provided for download when you completing the application form online.
