Hi ,
Is the PSW eligible for only those students who studies at Universities? or is it also eligible for those who studies at colleges affiliated to universities.

The rules and final eligibility for the upcoming Graduate route will be announced next summer. Meanwhile, see UKCISA's guide to what has been announced so far, which explains what qualifications and institutions are expected to be included:
