Need help how to find out if my partner is divorce in kashmir. Need to find conformation about his divorce. Any one can help ?

Pakistan marriage not valid in U.K. due to no divorce certificate

If you think he is likely to still be married, you don't believe him, and therefore trust him enough to marry him.

Do you need some documentary proof that your partner is divorced to carry out some formalities with regards to marriage in the UK or in your own country?

I got his divorce papers , but we all know it's so easy to make fake papers back in Pakistan

You would have to ask him to legalise the divorce certificate for use in the UK. See this page: https://www.phclondon.org/consular/attestation/ to begin the process. The document would need to be certified as authentic, then certified by the Ministry of External affairs as bearing an authentic signature.

After it is legalised, the document is valid for all legal purposes in the UK.
