One of my friend applies recently for 7 year route but her previous application was refused by deception when he was main applicant so any problem will come in 7 year route current application submitted .can you suggest it

What you are relaying not so clear. What is full immigration history of your friend? Has the issue of deception being properly addressed in the current application?

my friend s previous application was mark as deception that was not sorted in court.now he applied current new application of under 7 year route with his family any effect or problem will come of previous deception in current application .

HO claims to treat each application on its own merit, failure of previous one should not affect adversely however whatever point was raised about deception in previous application should be remedied or addressed in new application.

Please can I know how you when you get biometric appointment because I also apply on 26 June , I did not heard anything from home office till now , do you contact them about delay for your biometric appointment and have you send documents to them also. Wait is stressful?

hope ure doing well , i contact to SSC through email which they given in fee waiver letter to book an biometric appointment ,and submitted documents through email ....we done biometric in Croydon through travel assistance ....

Your fee waiver approved from HO then HO will send to you a letter with code in that letter there is a email id to book a biometric appointment ... check it on your fee waiver approval letter 2nd page ...

Yeah it’s very easy to apply for 7 year visa on private life route on your own .whatever they ask about the documents, you submit it , if you are overstayer write a letter to home office about the reason of overstayer and upload with the documents, Never give up .

How did u apply?Did u aply on the basis of ur child?who was not born here but has stayed upto 7 years in uk?
