FLR extension for British Spouse

To renew the spouse visa for 2.5 years, I would appreciate if someone could summarise the required documents if they are different to the ones we provided when we applied for the first visa to bring the spouse in the UK

1- Accommodation:

Do we still need that letter from the landlord of no objection? If no, Is there any documents needed to meet the accommodation requirements? Or this is no longer needed?

2- English Language test

Can my spouse take B1 test instead of A2 if they are able to? Will getting B1 enable future waiver from any English language test?

3 Cohabitation

What type and how many of these documents are needed for the spouse and the sponsor?

4- Financial

Is it still the same requirements like first visa? Letter from employer to proof being in continuous employment for 6 months prior to the application? Plus bank statements and payslips for the same period?

What is the right website to use to apply please? And if there is any gov guidance regarding this application to read before

you apply through government website . Home office letter she got with her first granted visa hold the type of route she's in 5 years route or 10 years route.

if she's on 5 years route then apply within 28 days before her visa expiry .

you need documents that cover 2 years or 2 years and half period prior to her visa extension. example:

marriage certificate plus divorce certificate if anyone of you was married before.

Tenancy agreement holding your both names for the past 2 years
joined bank accounts statements
joined water bills
joined council tax letters

her own bank account statements
GP letters or phone bills
sponsor electricity bills
sponsor phone bills

New English test A2 level

Financial requirements , employer letter , pay slips, bank statements, P60 I think ....

ALL DOCUMENTS MUST BE ORIGINALS , for bank statements you can go to your branch and request a printed and stamped statement in case you don't have a mailed copies.

NHS surcharge to be paid to provide them with the number.
