Dependant visa for wife and daughter

Hi All, Greetings from Wales.
I am level 7 student in uni. And wishing to apply for my dependants (wife and daughter) What forms do I need to fill and also do I have to make 2 separate applications or I can apply for wife and daughter under one / same application ? Any helpful literature will be appreciated regarding this .

In December 2019 you had returned to your home country having lived in the UK for 10 years. Have you now returned as a Student?
