Land registry, proof of ownership

I live in a new build flat built several years ago. Is the Title register and Title plan which can be purchased for £3.00 each at landregistry.gov.u sufficient proof for home ownership, in a visa application?

I saw what I think is old information about getting physical deeds as a requirement, so I'm a little unsure.
