Financial requirements. Need help

Hi everyone. Hope you are enjoying your weekend.

How much we need for ILR spouse visa through saving account. We have no child.

Also me and my wife have our own active Limited company since Jan 2019.

Can we use dividend from our limited company into our saving account and show as financial requirements?
