Spouse Visa Self Employment Cash in hand element

Hi everyone need a bit of advice please

Im going to extend my wifes spouse visa in December 2021.

We are both self employed and have banked most of our earning to make the £18,600 requirement in the bank.

However we have some cash earnings that we havent banked, as I am a taxi driver.

We are in the process of applying for a mortgage, if we were to show HMRC that we have some cash earnings, will this effect our spouse visa application as its doesn't have a paper trail i.e hasnt been deposited in a bank?
