Lost the BRP Card

Details:
Spouse Visa issued on 29-09-2020, valid until 02-07-2023 (husband is a British passport holder)

Current update:
Finger Print appointment booked at Croydon for 21 June 2021 though UKVAS

Queries:
Q1 - What documents need to be uploaded on UKVAS website prior to the appointment in this case?
Q2 - After the fingerprints document, what sort of timelines on getting the BRP Card?
Q3 - The replacement BRP Card will be sent to home address in courier or to be collected from the Post Office (like did on the first time arrival in UK)?

A BRP replacement application is NOT a visa application. So no documents will be needed usually. BRP replacement often could take weeks
