Tier 2 General dependent to ICT Visa in-country switch

Hi all,

May I request one important clarification regarding in-country visa to switch from my current Tier-2 General dependent visa to Tier-2 ICT as my company is sponsoring to switch over. Please clarify If I can;
1. Switch my current dependent Visa from Tier-2 General to Tier-2 ICT
2. CAN I switch to tier-2 ICT within UK itself as I have travel restrictions and due to COVId etc would like to apply within UK itself.

Please help me to understand any latest policies regarding switching of Tier-2 ICT Visa within UK itself.
