Hi all,
Quick question regarding my wife and her Ilr application. We are fine with all of the application itself and understand she can't travel abroad whilst a decision is pending however is she able to leave for a work trip for 3 days after submitting her online application but before the biometric appointment?
There is no chance of her visa expiring whilst abroad but could the decision on her application be withdrawn even though she hasn't attended the biometric appointment?
Thanks for your help.

Thanks Vinny, may have to pay super priority and Premium and hope for the best!
Is there an issue if she were to travel after receiving the decision but before receiving her BRP?
I can see at the moment some people are getting BRP in a normal time but others are getting the delay email.
If she were unfortunate enough to get the delay email could she travel and use that email to return to the UK, as she is on spouse visa her original Ilr doesn't expire until January but she will reach 28 days before 60 months next month so we can apply. Could she perhaps return with the delay email and the original BRP?

If the decision has been made, then it may be okay as there is no pending application to withdraw?

Got it, thanks very much. Hopefully it won't be an issue and the BRP will arrive in time after doing super priority and Premium application biometric appointment!

While there is no clearcut stance (to my knowledge) on if post biometrics is what would be considered however haven submitted online application the idea of travelling for whatsoever purpose should be shelved.

Thanks AmazonianX I think we are leaning towards just doing the super priority appointment and hoping the BRP gets back in time!

After shelling the funds for application, all you have got is the hope it comes back on time.
