Organisation Size

HI there,

My employers have changed from a medium/large organisation to a small organisation since the pandemic. We can prove this with 2 years of financials. We have made this adjustment on the sponsor management system about 3 weeks ago however I understand that this update can take weeks to process.

Do we go ahead and pay the ISC based on being a small employer? Or will we have to pay it as a large organisation? Could we apply for a refund if we pay as the large organisation and they then make this change to our licence?
