UK Address in Child Consent letter (Outside UK application)

Dear All,

My Visa (employer sponsored SW visa) is not yet approved. Due to this, we cancelled our earlier temporary accommodation booking (done through Airbnb) and we plan to do it after my Visa is approved.

This query is for consent form for my child Visa. Need your suggestions urgently. Please suggest -
1) Is it mandatory to give an address in the consent letter for Child Visa?
2) Can I say that we will book the accommodation on Airbnb after my Visa is approved?
3) If it is mandatory in consent form itself, I can book a temporary accommodation on Airbnb and give its address. Will that be ok?
4) Can I give revised consent form during the VFS appointment for BRP (outside UK)?
