Ugh, checked my post box and still nothing, I was very hopeful considering it's Friday.
What if Postman lost it? do they use registered post at least? 😭😭😭 I am obsessing over it now.
Is it possible that even if I paid, i might have been placed for December ceremony?
Same here, didn’t get anything today either.

I’m planning to send an email first thing Monday morning if nothing comes through in tomorrow’s post.

Fingers crossed for everyone else still waiting.
Hey, didn't get anything in today's post either. Did you?
Ive sent them an email the second after I checked my post box. I got the email acknowledgement. So hopefully they'll respond asap OR even more hopeful I'll get the letter on Monday or Tuesday the latest. ♥️ Best of luck to you.
No letter for me either today. I’m also going to send an email to them to check on the status of the invite.
Best of luck to you too for Monday!
Ok, has to be Monday so. If they respond to me via email before you, with anything substantial, other than their usual default email, I'll let you know.
Fingers crossed now, any day!

No change as well. The application is still in “Submitted “ :-(
Still no update from my end of things. How about you @Nerdanel?

My application is still in the "Submitted" stage. I sent my declaration via registered post on the same day that I paid the fee and saw that their declaration section received it the next day. There's no chance that they lost the forms in their office and think we haven't submitted them, is there?
No, still no change for me, it's still in the "submitted" stage :-( I sent them another email today as it's exactly 6 weeks since I sent the declaration and paid the fees.
Same with me. Paid fee 27/4, sent declaration 27/4 and not a word after that. It’s showing as “submitted “ since then.
Good to know that there are more people in the same situation at least. It's still frustrating though, hey?
Hi both, my payment was just processed 🥳. Hope it will be processed for you soon as well and we will all get the certificates soon!
My payment was processed as well. Finally some good news

EVERYONE

I emailed the citizenship team on Friday about invitations.
They responded today, saying invitations are still being issued in these coming day throughout this week for the 20th of June ceremony.
So but if hope there, let's wait and see 🤌

Yeah. It's all very frustrating. My wife sent off her declaration and payment on April 27th. Just got an email YESTERDAY saying it's been processed. We were not planning on going to a ceremony and are just waiting now on the certificate. Talk about a hot mess.

4 working days left until the ceremony and I still haven't received the invite.

Yesterday they said invitations are still issued, but what good is it to me if it's sent from Tipperary on Thursday and it won't get to me before Monday in Dublin, so I can travel to Kerry.
Their inefficiency and inability to plan and run things, is insane.
Do i miss the ceremony then, do they refund or do I automatically go to December ceremony? Anyone had this experience?

Declaration and payment sent 26th April 2022
Email confirmation that payment processed 26th April 2022
application status on inisonline.jahs.ie is "Submitted"

No letter of invite for the 20th June 2022 ceremony

It's confusing to me how some people who submitted later in May had invites last week, and it seems that a few people who submitted in April still haven't received invites. Are they working their way BACKWARDS in order of submission?

Yup. We are in the same boat. I don't get it. Not sure WHAT is going on.

Didn't receive my invite either today. This is getting very stressful.
I really hope they'll email some kind of guidance out to people who haven't received their invites by Friday.

By Friday! My wife did the declaration already at the solicitors office in April. They said it should be 6 weeks to get the certificate. They took out the fee in April and yesterday said they JUST processed it. And now it seems that people who did filed in May are getting there certificates sooner. No communication. But TBH that's how it's been this whole time.

I mean why this cannot be sent via email, encrypted, etc. And they don't even use registered post. It's coming from Tipperary out of all places, so wouldn't they want to ensure it is delivered considering it's importance? 🤌🤌🤌

I mean that usually governmental and ministerial bodies are centralized in country's capital city OR there are division , e.g. East county applicants dealt by eastern branch, west by respective branch thay is closest and nearest and more convenient and so on.

So I am surprised everyone from Donegal to Wexford, Dublin to Cork is sent an invitation from one single office in Tipperary.

It’s unbelievably inefficient… I’m in Canada on holiday and was told I had to come home for the ceremony, but have a friend checking the post and still no letter. What happens if it doesn’t arrive? Do we all get invited to the December ceremony?

Guys!!!!
I got it just now via email!!!

I emailed twice yesterday evening from scratch, as in not a reply to previous conversation or forward previous email.
Emailed twice the same thing, with subject line urgent - ceremony.
Someone responded saying they have forwarded it on to relevant person.
This person got in touch and asked me: confirmation of my address and confirmation that I indeed can attend the ceremony on Monday.
I confirmed.

He came back saying he just put invitation in post, but in case it doesn't make it until Monday, PDF was attached!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Try it! I was getting desperate at this point, so I'd try anything.
Thought to share as this might help some of you. ♥️ best of luck guys!

Congratulations and thank you for the update!

I also emailed on Tuesday, however did not put urgent in the subject headline - no response at all, have sent another email stating URGENT, but at this stage I have very little hope.
