schengen visa question

Post by kyk00525 » Tue Jul 12, 2022 7:33 pm

will the undocument history in non-schengen country effect the application?
one of my friend by overstaying cuz his "stupy" idea then somehow the covid hit so eventually made his time longer.
but now it got solved by solcitior so he has the legal status in that country now(not his origin)
so now he try to visit his family member in one of the schengen country by invitation letter . he had his schengen visiting visa before when he was still student in his origin country and no overstaying and causing any trouble.

so back to the question is that possbile to get one based on this.
