Super priority applications delayed

Hi all. If you look at the current application timelines posted by other users, you’ll notice that all super priority applications since early July are delayed whilst standard applications made in September have been decided. Does anyone have any theory as to why this is happening? You can still make a super priority application from inside the UK as of today, so the option is available but inexplicably decisions are made much slower than standard times (definitely a lot slower than the promised next working day standard).
