Student dependant child Visa

Dear all,

I am asking for a friend who is applying for student dependant along with her child.

Student dependant applicant is maintaining the funds for child.

Our questions that end of application asked for - I have chosen as a helping application for my child (on their behalf) then I gave YES. It asked for third party consent form to be signed in.

I just confused whether she did a mistake in her child application as it asking for 3 party consent form.

Where should she sign her documents?
