Statutory Application Fee - Bank Draft Query for Ireland Naturalization

Post by EvS » Wed Nov 09, 2022 9:52 pm

Hello,

Hope you are well. So what happens if the naturalization application that you sent was never reviewed by the immigration or is reviewed after over 6 months . I was wondering if a bank draft has an expiry of 6 months usually, would it not be a problem when including it in your application?

Do you think this is correct? or what other options do we have?

Bank Drafts are long term instrument. They never expire.

Okay, thank you for the response. I read online in some pages they mentioned it expires in 6 months. So then it should be fine for the application.

Naturalization form specially mentions to pay €175 by bank draft and not postal order bcs. postal orders expires after 6 months. Just go to a bank that you have account with and mention that you want to get a bank draft and they will help you.
