British citizenship by double descent

Hi,

My grandfather was born in the UK in 1935 and
my mother was born in Israel in 1970 and
my grandparents were married at the time of my mothers birth and
My grandfather registered my mothers birth in the UK embassy in Israel in 1970
(I have her consular birth certificate as proof of that registration)
and I was born in 1995 in Israel
Am I a British citizen by birth ?
