NI Tax Exemption while returning to UK after a gap of 4 years on new visa

I was earlier working in the UK on an ICT Visa till 2018. After that I have now again come the UK in 2023 on a new Skilled Worker Visa.

While on ICT visa in the past, I had received NI Tax exemption during 2014 for the first 11 months. My question is do I again become eligible for the NI Tax exempt for the first 11 months on my new Skilled Worker Visa now in 2023?
