I called UKVI helpline the person told me it is Indefinite Leave to Enter, and this does not sound correct at all.
It isn't this. The call centre is outsourced to a third party agent, you are not speaking to ukvi people at all.

It is the family option.

Not sure why did they say ILE, but call center is outsourced so advice they give isn't always correct
You can see family visas category https://www.gov.uk/uk-family-visa includes applying to come here as a partner
Not a qualified immigration adviser. Use links and references given to gain confirmation and/or extra information.

Family - her leave to remain as a partner is on Family route
I called UKVI helpline the person told me it is Indefinite Leave to Enter, and this does not sound correct at all. No

What you have said sounds more appropriate, I have put Family for now as I fill in the online form.

Is there anybody with experience of successfully completing FLR M and getting the visa who can tell me what they put to clear the confusion?
People have used family successfully and got FLRM

Alternatively can i go to the bank and get a print out of my transactions and have it stamped? Yes you can though online printouts resembling what you will normally get by post is acceptable.
Do home office still accept bank stamped print outs for financial requirement for FLR M?
Not sure you will find it easy getting bank to stamp printouts. Some banks will give statements printed out from their machine already with electronic stamp or watermark and will decline chomping the pad.
I did fear that,

so should I order statements from Oct 22 to March 23 and submit those ?
Either you order statements, use online PDF copies or print off from branch just ensure not older than 28days.

Perfect thanks @meself2 and @AmazonianX , i thought that was the appropriate response.

Maybe giving incorrect information on the helpline is a new policy to reduce numbers (sarcasm)

How have people answered this question in the past?
How much detail do you need to go into,
can i just put immediate family members in home country?

Be sincere in answering. Put names of immediate family members ans state the relationship.

1. Which option are we supposed to select for 'How did you enter the UK?'

my wife entered legally using her vignette at Heathrow airport.

2. And is this question referring to how did you first enter the UK?
because my wife re-entered using her BRP card last week on return from holiday, so which date do I need to put for ''When did you enter the UK?''

Do I put the date she first entered using her vignette or do i put when she last re-entered the UK from holiday?

Thanks again CR001 , it is now asking for an explanation for other,

Does anyone have any good examples of how to briefly summarise in the visa form she entered legally using her vignette? What have people put here in the past?

Which option do I select for ''Do you have any Home Office reference numbers?''?

The only letter I have from the Home Office is the decision letter we got when the first spouse visa was granted.

Do I select No
or do I Select yes and include the reference number from the decision letter from the first spouse visa application?

It doesn't matter what you choose, it is not an important question. Any reference number can be used, even brp number.

What were or was the questions prior to the how did you enter the uk? Perhaps you answered something incorrectly

That aside, there is no standard template answers for these questions. Simply stated the facts, ie spouse visa.

Previous question was about English language requirement...

I'd like to know what people who have successfully gone through FLR M application in the past have put in their responses to get an idea of what is expected by the home office.

You're overthinking the question. Simply put "entered on a spouse visa"

Thanks, just seems unusual to me that it doesn't have an option which says entered the UK legally, its making me think I might have answered something incorrectly earlier on.

Has anyone else who has done FLR M recently has this same question with these options for a straightforward application?

What does the applicant need to take the biometric appointment?
Documents will be uploaded online on UKVCAS

Does the applicant need to take any passport sized head photos?

When do documents need to be uploaded to UKVCAS by if biometric appointment is on 28 April?
