Need advice about my expired B1 Certificate,please help.

Need advice about my expired B1 Certificate,please help.

Hi,

I got my ILR after application was made on the category of domestic violence.Where my B1 certificate was not needed for ILR application.Now my B1 certificate is expired. I am planning to apply for Naturalization. Can i use my expired B1 certificate? Or Do i need to obtain a new B1 certificate?

Could anyone please advise me?

If you didn’t use it for a successful ILR application, then an expired test is unusable.

Before ILR, did you use same B1 certificate for any of your successful previous visa application?

No, I did not use it for any visa application.

Then you need a new B1 English test.
Char (CR001 not Casa)
