Indefinite leave to remain query

Just need help to find the date to apply for ILR my wife arrived to UK on 17th May 2018 on spouse visa and her extended visa uptill 30th Aug 2023 did she qualify for ILR to apply now or wait uptill Aug thanks

is the 30th aug date on brp?

If your spouse arrived in the UK on a spouse visa (not a 6 month fiance visa), she could have already applied. She can apply no sooner than within 28 days before the 5th anniversary of entering the UK on a spouse visa.

The latest she can apply is the date of her current visa expiry.

Thanks for reply yes she is on spouse visa since she came to UK on 17th May 2018 ; in that scenario she had already complete her 5 years ;

She can apply now if she meets all the requirements
