Wanted to know if I have to pay IHS fee for my kids and wife if I switch from dependent visa to skilled worker visa if the company don't sponsor the family visa's?

Yes, you have to pay IHS for each and every application you make for you or your dependents. If they are applying for a dependent visa, why do you think they do not have to pay?

Skilled Worker employers sponsored you, not your family.

Note that the visa fees are increasing on 4th October.

Thank you for the swift response.

One last question

If I switch the visa now from Skilled dependent to "Skilled worker Visa" does my previous stay in the UK will be counted for the ILR or it will be considered fresh start for the whole family.

Thanks

It'll be a fresh start (unless you're going via 10 year route, where all stay counts).
