Hi everyone, so today I received my approval letter after I had applied in 2022 November based on European citizen application.
I think I made a mistake by rushing in to make the payment so at the final stage when they ask me to upload a passport digital photo instead of the 715 pixels by 951 pixels I’ve uploaded a photo with 400 pixels by 521 so my question is it what will happen now when they realize the sizes are wrong what should I do next? Because I can’t change the application shall I just wait and see what’s gonna happen?

They'll check it and ask you to resubmit it if needed. You should wait till they get back to you.

Will wait patiently on their e-mail…would be disappointing to miss the next ceremony based on my stupid mistake…
I’ve managed to convert my picture to the right size using a free online editor…hopefully nobody else makes same mistake!

May I suggest you take a new picture instead? Expanding a picture reduces its quality and is likely going to be rejected a second time.

If the photo you uploaded is not accepted obviously you will be asked to upload a new one but however in the meantime you can get a digital photo taken ASAP as you might need it for passport booklet application.

It'll take a few months for the ceremony (if OP wouldn't make it on this one) and another month to get certificate after - wouldn't say there's a rush for passport photo.

I got sorted now, thank you! They still accepted the incorrect photo size and I just received my invitation for monday.

The photo size mistake was accepted and they didn’t say anything.
Attended the ceremony yesterday and everything went well.
