The Home Office detail relevant information pertaining to the susbsistence of a relationship during the probationary period to include but not exclusively bills. What documentation do you have to the same address from official 3rd parties (to exclude relatives/friends) such as:

1. Medical - NHS Cards, GP letters.

2. Financial - Credit/Charge card, store card & bank statements.

3. Insurance - auto, home, life etc

4. Mortgage deeds, tenancy agreements.

5. Revenue - PAYE code, Tax returns, business registration (to inc. VAT&NI) - do you have an NI number?

6. Educational - university/college records.

7. Others - wills listing you as the beneficiary and vice versa, spouse employer's letter confirming you are next of kin with given address etc

Application for second FLR(M) may be considered but such is not straightforward so not a same day application at a Public Enquiry Office - must go to a senior caseworker. No offence meant but having nothing is as a minimum an issue for marriage subsisting and at worst doubts about your physical presence in the UK.

It would have been more useful/considerate to the rest of the forum if you had retained the original query and added your comments in a follow up/new post simply by clicking on reply. The thread is now somewhat difficult to follow/ makes little sense. Thank you for your understanding.
