for PSW they dont really care whether u r working or not.... its just a transitional arrangement u r doing... so just send the statement which has your name on it and your passport...

one of my friends who was on IGS from CCL has got student visa of 18 months.He has taken admission for a Masters course in a reputed genuine college.He did not mention CCL qual.as previous qual.but his bachelor's degree from india.It is interesting fact as per the posts from seniors here ,there is no option for CCL people but to go home.May be HO is getting lenient and want the bogus students to get into proper system genuinely.Will post precise details of his case soon.

Good news, but how did he manage to fill-up the gap between BA and masters?

he was an economic migrant came to UK through student route,flipping colleges,working full time,landed in CCL,now after getting his A.. grilled,he has finally reached the conclusion that he cant run with forged documents all the time.

U just need to send your passport and 3 months bank statement... regarding timelines refer the UKBA website..

just send ur passport and bank statement as,if,u fullfil the fund requirement hopefully other things will be ok. just keep ur case simple and straight

it depands on ur luck and the case worker and the other circumstances when u started and finished when did u get ur diploma what was the repu of college that time coz i think they have got everything i meant records and such those things but dont worry just send it and pray and c what happend

i started in august 07 to may 08...just dunno wat 2 do,i cant go back home as i have my family here,,,,does any 1 get deception for extention?? N did any 1 read an article in daily mirror abt ccl college scandal?

my friend got refusal without right of appeal from the same college , they have all records with them bcoz he didnt send his college documents with his application.
