Settlement Visa

Post by Lesfaye » Thu Nov 10, 2005 11:14 pm

I want to apply for a settlement visa for myself as I am married to a Brit. We have been married for over 20 years and live in the US. Do I have to have a trip planned to the UK for this or can I just apply and then once I get it just have it for the next time I return to the UK?

Hi, exactly this has recently been discussed in Topic : Help with Immigration rule 281 & 282.

So in order to avoid duplicate topics I shall now lock this one. If you have any further query please post in that topic.
