Eventually, will tier 2 extensions will require advertising?

Do you think Labour or the Tories will bring back the need to advertise as a requirement to extend work permits? Is that likely or will that be too hard for businesses?

Ask the Tories as they're going to be in power later on this year. Until they announce anything then whatever anyone says on here is working on pure guess work.

Personally i see no reason why they shouldn't advertise the post again as if there's a qualified Brit who can do the job and is unemployed then he should get precedence over a non-Brit. Whether it will happen or not no one knows right now.
