Documents for ILR

Post by mada01 » Thu Jan 21, 2010 10:16 pm

Hi Guys,

I was on HSMP from June 2007 and then i got my Tier 1 extension from Jun 2009 till Jul2012.

So I was wondering if anyone can explain this statement on the ILR form

"For the period before you were granted leave as a Tier 1 (General) migrant, documents showing that you
met the relevant requirements of the immigration rules."

Whether i need to show all the document i originally submitted for my HSMP or Tier1 extension application, or just my application approval letters.

Thanks

For this purpose, HSMP and Tier 1 (General) mean the same.
