Can I ask for tax refund for the year 2003-2004 and 2005-2006?

Given the deadlines are changing, have a read of this HMRC webpage where you will see that you are too late for 2003-2004, and for 2005-2006 if you fill in a Self Assessment tax return, you need to act speedily!
