As I'm getting worried about my application and have a cousin's wedding to attend in 5 weeks, I thought I'd post my details too.

SET(O) 5 year WP application posted: 17th March 2010.
Fees taken off my credit card: 19th March 2010.

My company applied for me, which I thought makes it a straightforward one as the lawyers have processed quite a few. 10 weeks tomorrow, no reply as yet.
An update on this, I got my application approved yesterday, exactly 10 weeks after my application! Good luck for yours people![/quote]

Hi,
You can see some of my posts with timelines, but they are mainly WP based applications. I have also noticed posts on HSMP JR. As per the datapoints I have gone through so far, for HSMP JR its quite fast (in general its 4/5 weeks to 10weeks) & for WP + Tier 2 / Tier 1 (its usually 7/8 weeks to 13/14 weeks at Max). This is the general timeline, however there are cases which goes beyond this with positive results. IMHO majority of the cases should get a resolution by 14 weeks timeline to achieve the targets set by UKBA. By the way, I have completed 13th week & no response so far. Only hope for the best. After going through these 13 weeks of wait, I must admit its one of the most frustrating wait I had / have so far. But there is no simple answer to this.

Willy, you sent urs a good 2 weeks after my husbands and u have rec'd yours back.. My husband is yet to rec've his back.. What's that all about..? I thought it was FIFO.. First In, First Out..

I am getting worried as this is about the 3rd/4th time I have read of someone sending their application in, after my husband sent his, and then receiving their ILR status and passport back within weeks.. I have a feeling our application is lost somewhere.. :( :(

ILR Application Set(O) HSMP JR Waiting times

Post by Murat » Mon Jun 07, 2010 2:04 pm

Dear All,

I have applied for ILR Set(o) JR in Just before CHristmas and received my confirmation letter on 29/12/2009.

I have applied for myself and also 2 dependants and still waiting for my application to be completed.

I would like to know if anybody applied around this time and still waiting ? Or someone who got their passports..

I have called them a couple times in the last weeks and as you will guess it was the same reply which is "not being completed yet"..

I had to cancel all my holiday arrangements for June and still do not have a clue on completion date..

Regards

Murat
