work permit to france

Hi,
I'm a non-EU citizen but my wife is from Slovakia, recently added to the EU members. We would like to move to france, I have the employer but the paperwork as a non-EU citizen takes around 6 months, is any other way to speed up the process or get the work permit for frnace been the spouse of a Slovak citizen?

I have a question to ask.

I have worked in France for a little more than 4 years now and I am currently hold a non-EU 10 year work permit in France.
I was wondering if that would allow/benefit me to:

1. Work in other parts of the EU i.e. Shengen?
2. Apply for other jobs within the EU other than France?
3. Better work mobility (through the employer) wthin the EU?

Also, What are the odds of being "Naturalised" after working in France for 5 years?
