ABN AMRO Bank name changed to RBS

My salary was used to credit into ABN AMRO Bank later on RBS has been acquired this bank...

In my salary slips Bank Name is showing as ABN AMRO and I have provided the RBS bank statements...

will that be a reason to reject my application?

Should n't be a problem . Also mention the acquisition in your cover letter..good luck!!

I forgot to mention in my cover letter and submitted my application...

No worries..don't loose sleep over it...mentioning it in the cover letter would have been a "nice to have" step anyways and not a necessary thing to do..so just take it easy and hope for the best..all the best!!
