If its really 5000k loan...your creditors will track you from the 7th lair of this universe.

As I said earlier, nothing personal against blackwater1 so lets make it public.

well, I took the statement as prejudicing & preconceived & to me it was "generally objectionable"

Why giving an overall impression on the forum members that EVERY student will follow the same path. (even if SOME in the past have done so)

agree?

But he did not say 'every' student. He said 'many' students. :P

In fact, as far as I know, 95% students who return to home country and have no intensions to come again, do the same thing.

Even many british nationals who moved perminently to Australia, New Zealand or Canada have done so. There are many reports available about this practice you can search google.

if I take your statement of 95% students, then how about the remaining 5% silent & unrepresented students?

To answer your question OP, no they won't send out a warrant for your arrest or anything. But there will be a lot of CCJ's filed against you which will not clear for some years to come. I suppose that shouldn't worry you if you're not coming back.

Oh and I believe you meant 5k instead of 5000k right? :P
