Query regarding someone sharing the Property.

My wife is applying for Spouse Visa (VNF4A).

We have a query regarding this question.

8.6.6 Does anyone, other than your sponsor, live in the property?


My landlady also lives in the same property. Actually she has built an extension in the car park and got her room/Spam/bath completely separate. She rented out the whole property to me. She pays council tax and rest of the bills are on my name.

I am renting the whole property but on Tenancy agreement, when she is writing 'Landlord's address', its same as the property address. Im just wondering, does it really matter.

If we answer this question as 'NO'. Is that OK?

I'm attaching a signed letter from her, explaining the property and confirming that she does not have any problem with my spouse coming over + Contact details if Home Office needs to query.
