Working in Europe - Settlement issue (Tier 1) - Doubt

Hi,
I am in Tier-1 General Visa. I know we should not stay more than 90 days continously outside the country in 5 yrs - is base rule for settlement.
I am getting some job offer in Denmark/ Netherlands (outside UK). It will be 18 months stay. Can anyone please help me, is there any section give exceptions for Official Trip - more than 90 days stay is acceptable during settlement?
I tried with google but not able to find proper response.

I guess not. The answer is in your question, unless you are going to Denmark through a company based in the UK and you get paid in the UK (paying UK taxes).
